As the festive season draws near, please make a note of the opening hours for our Customer Service team.
Christmas
Our offices will be closed and our Customer Service team is unavailable on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. This gives our team the time to celebrate Christmas with their loved ones.
If you cross the Bridge between Friday 22nd December and Tuesday 26th December your crossing will be uploaded to the Humbertag website for payment from 1 pm on Wednesday 27th December onwards.
New Year
Our offices will also be closed on New Year’s Day (1st January).
Crossings from Friday 29th December to Monday 1st January will be uploaded from 1pm Tuesday 2nd January onwards.
Please note that we are closed during weekends as normal and the above times are in addition. Your 72 hours to pay only begins from when your crossing is uploaded to our system.
